The King of Bros hopes to seek retribution on the Messiah of the Backbreaker for his assault on him weeks prior. The Undisputed Era will confront the Street Profits, the Forgotten Sons, and Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch for the vacant NXT Tag Team titles.
Adam Cole asserted that 2019 would be an undisputed year, at the start of 2019. The Undisputed Era-Leader promised that they’d all be hung in gold within the near future. The Profits bounced the ring, helping Lorcan and Burch dispatch the Sons outside. The four men at that point hopped on one another. However, the Sons hindered them, who assaulted each of them four with steel seats.

Ryker remained at the ramp shouting out to them. Adam Cole and Roderick Strong bounced him. Cole and Strong insulted Blake and Cutler, bedeviling them into an assault by Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish. Moreover, The Undisputed Era leveled the Forgotten Sons. Cole and Strong dropped Blake with a bouncing knee/superkick combo.
Furthermore, Fish and O’Reilly secured Cutler with the Leg Sweep and Flying Fish Hook. Ryker endeavored to return to his feet, yet was at last left lying when the Era assaulted him with a ladder. The leader of Era stood on the ladder with the remainder of his faction encompassing him. Cole got a mic and said that the bloodletting that was left afterward was a message to Matt Riddle and NXT Champion Johnny Gargano.
