The Revival returned to NXT to take on The Undisputed Era

The Revival – Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder came out first. NXT Tag Team Champions Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish were out next for this non-title match. O’Reilly went at it against Dawson to start. They traded big strikes and locked back up. Fish tagged in, and they went for the double team, but both teams faced off in the middle of the ring. The champs went to ringside for a breather while fans were chanting for both sides. Fish and Wilder came back in, but Wilder stalled some. Fish hit a knee to the gut. Wilder fought off both opponents from the corner.

They double teamed him, but Dawson made the save, and they traded double countered. We got a stand-off between both teams for a pop. That broke down, and they went at it, trading strikes. All four superstars ended up down on the outside. After the break, Fish unloaded in the corner. O’Reilly tagged in for more strikes on Dash while fans were doing duel chants. Fish and O’Reilly hit a double suplex and a two count on Wilder. Bobby delivered more strikes on Dash to keep him down. O’Reilly came in and took Dash down. Fish pounded on Dash some more and kept him down.

O’Reilly drove a knee into Dash and kept him down again. He hit a jumping knee to drop Dash as Fish tagged back in. Dash ended up down on the outside. O’Reilly followed with kicks to Dash. He brought Dash back in and worked him over for a two count. Dash with a quick two count out of nowhere. O’Reilly hit another jumping knee, and Dash went back down. Fish tagged back in, but Dash slammed him with a belly-to-back suplex. Thus, the crowd rallied for The Revival. Dash fought Fish out of the corner. O’Reilly came in and slammed Dash for a two count.

O’Reilly hit a basement dropkick to send Dash out of the ring. He hit a running knee to Dash’s face from the apron to the floor. Finally, Wilder dropped O’Reilly. Fish tagged in, but Wilder dumped him out. Wilder and Dawson went at it on the outside. Fish and Dawson then unloaded in the ring. Dawson got the upperhand and then dropkicked Fish for a pop. He dropped Fish and sent O’Reilly off the apron. Dawson hit a swinging neckbreaker on Fish. He climbed to the top and nailed the headbutt on Fish for a two count. Dawson dropped Fish on his head for another pin attempt. He couldn’t believe it.

So, the fans did dueling chants. O’Reilly saved Fish from a big double team, but The Revival hit him instead. Dawson ended up taking Fish to the top and chopping him. He climbed up for a superplex, but O’Reilly made the save and sent him down to the mat. Dash ended up nailing a big DDT on O’Reilly from the apron to the floor. The Revival hit the superplex – splash combo, but Fish still kicked out at two. They couldn’t believe it while fans were chanting for “NXT!” and “Tag team wrestling!” again. Fish ended up fighting off both of the opponents in the corner.

Dawson and Fish traded big strikes. He planted Dawson with a Samoan Drop. O’Reilly came back in to assist Fish, but Wilder made the save, and they hit a big Shatter Machine on Fish. Dawson covered, but O’Reilly pulled him out to break the pin for a big pop. O’Reilly took out Dawson at ringside while fans were chanting for both teams. He leapt off the apron and took out Dash at ringside. O’Reilly brought it back in and went on, nailing a flying knee drop to the back of Dawson’s neck. Dawson somehow kicked out at two, shocking everyone.

Therefore, the fans chanted “fight forever!” as O’Reilly and Dawson were in the ring. O’Reilly dropped him with strikes for a two count and showed some frustration. Fish came in for double teaming but missed. Dawson with the double team on the champs and got a two count on O’Reilly. Fish and O’Reilly stalked Dawson, staring him down. Dawson told them to kiss his ass, and they hit him with the Total Elimination. Fish covered for the pin to win while Dash was trying to recover on the outside.

Result: The Undisputed Era def. The Revival

After the match, The Undisputed Era’s Fish and O’Reilly stood tall. They raised the NXT Tag Team Titles in the air.
