Kona Reeves came out. Ricochet suddenly flew in from out of nowhere and took out Reeves at ringside. Fans went wild while Ricochet entered the ring wearing his RAW colors. Mauro said this was Matt Riddle vs. Kona Reeves. Riddle’s music hit, and he came out. Ricochet vs. Riddle is on. The bell hit, and they went at it. Ricochet took Riddle down first and sent him out to the floor to regroup. He ran the ropes for a suicide dive while fans were cheering. Ricochet brought Riddle back into the ring. He went for the standing Shooting Star Press, but Riddle caught him in a submission. Riddle hit a big floater suplex for another pin attempt.
They tangled some more until Ricochet hit a big neckbreaker for a two count. Ricochet climbed to the top but had to land on his feet off the Phoenix Splash attempt. Riddle fought back and connected with big strikes, including the Final Flash. He kept fighting and hit a big German Suplex for a pop. So, the fans chanted, “holy shit!” Suddenly, Cesaro and Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura appear from the crowd, wearing blue SmackDown t-shirts. Riddle and Ricochet ended up fighting them off the apron to the floor. They kept fighting. Finally, Riddle rolled Ricochet up for the pin to win.

After the bell, Nakamura and Cesaro beat down Riddle and Ricochet while fans were booing them. Riddle and Ricochet fought back, sending the two SmackDown Superstars on their way after Ricochet nailed a huge flying spot from the top. Nakamura had Riddle in the ring. He charged, but NXT North American Champion Roderick Strong made the save. Riddle ended up sending Strong out. Further, Finn Balor ran in and took out Riddle. Riddle fought back. Balor got the upper-hand. Riddle dropped Balor with the Final Flash. Balor retreated to the ramp while fans were cheering for Riddle. Riddle looked on from the ring as Balor recovered to the stage.
