The Ultimate Bro, Matt Riddle came out first. The Extraordinary Man, Finn Balor was out next. Fans were hot as they started the duelling chants. Riddle charged first for a takedown, but they went into the ropes. Balor laughed Riddle off, and they locked back up. Riddle went for a quick submission which went into a two count after they tangled. They got up, and Balor ducked a kick. The two men faced off again for some cheers. They locked up again, and Balor kept control on the mat.

Riddle hit the big gutwrench slam and another after the tangled. He missed another slam, and Balor rolled him for a two count. Riddle caught a kick and dropped Balor with a right. Balor hit a basement dropkick for a two count. He kept Riddle grounded again. Balor rocked Riddle for a two count. They went to the corner, and Balor delivered strikes. Balor beat Riddle down in the corner and stomped away. He charged and hit a big Hesitation dropkick in the corner, but Riddle kicked out at two.

Riddle kept Balor grounded in the middle of the ring and worked him over on the neck and head. He got sent to the floor. Balor launched himself out, taking Riddle down on the floor with a kick to the jaw. He slammed Riddle’s face into the apron over and over. Balor came back in for a two count. He kept Riddle down with boots, mostly to the face. Balor was taking his time with beating Riddle around the ring. They got up, and Riddle unloaded with quick strikes. A roundhouse dropped Balor.

Riddle kept going in the corner and hit an Exploder suplex. He delivered more signature offense and the Bro-ton for a close two count. Riddle hit kicks into the corner. He charged in the corner with a big running forearm. Riddle tried again, but Balor rocked him. Balor came back with a flying forearm of his own. Riddle blocked the Slingblade. Further, they tangled, and Riddle caught the overhead kick. Riddle kept the leg locked and applied the ankle lock, but Balor was still resisting it.

Finally, Balor got the bottom rope to break the hold. Riddle kicked Balor while breaking and some fans booed him. He went for a second rope German, but Balor hung on. Balor looked to fight back, but Riddle kept rocking him with kicks. Balor ran the ropes, but his ankle was hurting. He ended up exploding with a huge dropkick out of nowhere and went on to hit a big German. Riddle hopped right back up, yelled at Balor and dropped him with a knee. Riddle with a German into a bridge for a close two count.

Balor hit a double Stomp and a Slingblade for a loud mixed reaction. He charged again, but Riddle caught him out of nowhere with a big Spear. Riddle brought Balor to the middle of the ring and hit the big Jackhammer for a close two count. He scooped Balor for a Tombstone, but Riddle blocked it. He kept fighting off Riddle’s holds and then hit 1916 in the middle of the ring. Riddle still kicked out at 2. Balor stomped away on Riddle out of frustration. Riddle scooped Balor and hit the big Bro two Sleep. He took his time but climbed to the top as fans pop big.

Riddle went for the Floating Bro, but Balor got his knees up, and Riddle landed badly. Balor followed up with a big dropkick in the corner. He went for the Coup de Grace, but he fell severely due to the ankle injury. Riddle pulled Balor into the Bro-mission. They tangled on the mat. Riddle landed a huge kick. They got up to keep fighting again, but Balor countered and hit a bigger 1916 in the middle of the ring for the pin to win.

After the match, Finn Balor stood tall, and Riddle looked on from the mat.
