Daniel Bryan came out first for the main event. Bryan looked on from his corner. King Corbin and WWE Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura were already out, along with Sami Zayn. Greg Hamilton did the introductions and then introduced the new Team Captain of Team Hulk Hogan at Crown Jewel – Roman Reigns. The Bog Dog hit the ring to a big pop. The bell rang, and Reigns went at it with Corbin. Reigns unloaded and took control for a few minutes.
Bryan tagged in and delivered several dropkicks in the corner. He took Corbin down and delivered the “Yes!” kicks while Corbin was on his knees. Also, the fans counted along. Corbin managed to tag Nakamura in. Nakamura kicked on Bryan, but Bryan delivered an uppercut. They traded strikes in the middle of the ring. Bryan dropped Nakamura with a big knee to the gut. He climbed to the top, but Nakamura kicked him to the floor after a distraction on the apron by Zayn. Corbin unloaded on Bryan to keep him down.
So, the fans booed. Nakamura tagged back in, and they double-teamed Bryan, but he landed on his feet. Bryan fought off Nakamura and sent Corbin shoulder-first into the ring post for a pop. Nakamura delivered strikes to Bryan in the corner. Bryan ran the ropes and clotheslined Nakamura. Thus, fans started rallying for Bryan as Reigns returned to the apron to reach for the tag. Reigns reached to tag, but Corbin yanked him off the apron and launched him into the steel steps.
Therefore, The Critic of Critics laughed. Nakamura countered Bryan and dropped him with a kick. Nakamura hit a running knee to Bryan for a close pin attempt. Corbin placed Reigns face-down on the steel steps. He grabbed the other half and went to slam them on the back of Reigns’ head, but the referee warned him. Bryan ran the ropes, ducked Nakamura and kicked Corbin through the ropes to drop him. Bryan and Nakamura tangled off a pin attempt, and Bryan countered with the LeBell Lock. Zayn sent Corbin back in, and Corbin broke the submission.
Corbin unloaded on Bryan and launched him into the corner. He ended up running out to run back in with an attack, but Reigns leapt off the steps to hit a Superman Punch on him on the outside. Reigns put Corbin through the timekeeper’s area with a big Spear through the barrier, which shocked Zayn. Bryan unloaded with big “Yes!” kicks to Nakamura back in the ring, while fans counted along. Nakamura got dropped with the roundhouse kick. Bryan charged at Nakamura, but Nakamura nailed a flying knee of his own. He ducked a Kinshasa attempt and immediately hit the running knee of his own. Bryan quickly covered for the pin to win.
