Angel Garza & Humberto Carrillo met in heated RAW rematch

Humberto Carrillo failed to convert in a rematch against his wily cousin at WWE Super ShowDown.

Angel Garza came out first. We saw recent events leading to this match. Humberto Carrillo was out next as the fireworks went off. Back and forth to start the match. Carrillo went on and hit the flying headbutt from the top for a pop. He arm dragged Garza out of the ring. Carrillo slide to the floor but Garza sent him to the apron into a handstand. He came down with a scissors to send Garza back down on the floor. Carrillo ran the ropes in the ring and nailed a suicide dive, sending Garza into the barrier.

Moreover, he kept control and nailed a basement dropkick back in the ring. Garza kicked out at one again. He came back with strikes and knees. Garza ripped his pants off and rocked Carrillo in the corner. He took Carrillo back down and grounded him with a submission. Garza broke it, worked Carrillo over and then applied a Camel Clutch in the middle of the ring. Carrillo broke it and sent Garza to the floor. Garza came right back in and they tangled. Carrillo hit a jawbreaker, then a big kick to the mouth.

More back and forth until Carrillo leveled Garza for a close two count. Carrillo hit boots to the face. He climbed to the top but Garza climbed up in control. Garza ended up hitting a big dropkick in mid-air for another close two count. Carrillo countered a move and nailed a superkick to the back of the neck. Garza stunned Carrillo again but Carrillo dropped him with a right hand. Carrillo hit a Destroyer but he couldn’t get the win. Both superstars were down on the mat again. Carrillo dragged Garza over.

Garza had a cut on his mouth, it appears. Carrillo kicked Garza but Garza rolled him up out of nowhere for a two count. He came right back with another kick to the face. Carrillo dragged Garza back to the corner and climbed up. Carrillo went for the moonsault but landed on his feet and grabs Garza’s block. More back and forth and pin attempts. Garza dropped down and got the pin on Carrillo out of nowhere.

Result: Angel Garza def. Humberto Carrillo

After the match, Garza went right to the floor and stood tall. Carrillo held the back of his head. Garza continued his celebration while Carrillo was looking on from the ring.
