WWE Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura came out with Sami Zayn. Cesaro joined them. Ali came out first for his team. Shorty G was out next to join Ali. Daniel Bryan came out to the stage and watched with his arm crossed. The bell hit, and Cesaro immediately charged G with a big uppercut. Cesaro dragged G back into the corner and tagged in Nakamura.
They unloaded on G while he was down. G turned it around with an armbar on the ropes. Cesaro tagged in while Ali reached for a tag. Cesaro ran in and intercepted him. G ended up tagging Ali off a Victory Roll. Ali unloaded on Nakamura and went at it with Cesaro. He dropped Cesaro face-first and hit a DDT in the middle of the ring, but Nakamura broke the pin. Nakamura went at it with Ali.
Further, G ran in with a huge suplex on Nakamura, sending him over the top rope to the floor. Cesaro caught G in a big uppercut. Ali ended up taking Cesaro out into the barrier. Ali brought it back in, but Cesaro caught his crossbody in mid-air, dropping him over his knee with a tilt-a-whirl for a two count. Cesaro lifted Ali, but G ran in and put him in an ankle lock. Nakamura grabbed Ali from behind and dropped him with the reverse Exploder.
He went on and charged with a knee, but Ali leveled him. Zayn got on the apron to distract the referee, allowing Cesaro to take G off the apron. However, this allowed Nakamura to drop Ali with the Kinshasa for the pin to win. After the match, Zayn, Cesaro, and Nakamura stood tall in the ring and looked up the ramp at Bryan. They wanted Bryan to join then. Bryan stared back from the stage.
